1) How do I enter my room for indicating that it is available for sale?
Just register yourself with the site (takes just one minute), then click on the "List Room' link on the top menu bar and proceed to enter details of your room. You can change the details submitted by you at any time in the future. The listing is FREE of cost for all non commercial users* and will be carried for a period of 60 days. To extend the listing for a further 60 days, please revisit the website and login. You will get a display of all advertisements that you had submitted earlier. Now tick the advertisements that you want to renew and click on "Resubmit" . The advertisement will then be carried for a further period of 60 days.
 

2) How do I delete an earlier advertisement?

Just login and go to the appropriate category ( paying guest / roommates) and you will get a full listing of all rooms that you had advertised. Just check mark the rooms you want to delete from this database and click on the 'Delete" button.
 
3) How do find an exact match of the person I am looking for?
The online search engine is very powerful and will compare all details of your profile with that of people already listed with us. A shortlist of people who you would find interesting will then be displayed to you. Please ensure that you enter the right requirements about the person you are looking for to make the search more efficient.
 
4) What if I want to hide my identity while listing my room?
You can choose not to mention your phone numbers or your true name. However, please mention your correct email address as this will be used to contact you.
5) How do I get to contact the advertiser once I locate him?
You can either send an email or contact the advertisers on their phone numbers. You may also call for a broker if you need someone to help you locate a room of your choice urgently. In the later case, you may have to pay about 2 months of brokerage, which is the current norm in the market.
* Hotel owners and service apartments will have to pay a nominal fee of Rs. 2500 for a 6 month listing on this website. The facility is FREE of cost for all other users.
